The first step is to arrange a convenient time for us to visit your property and gain a clear understanding of your objectives. We will explain how we work and talk you through the entire process. Having conducted this meeting we will then prepare a report, including our valuation and marketing suggestions.

Once we have received the go-ahead, it’s full steam ahead. We will produce professional photography, a floor plan and an EPC. The board goes up and we can now start marketing your property on our website as well as any other main property websites we use. From our initial meeting to going live we usually allow 5 working days.

Now we knuckle down and work hard, our highly trained agents make it their mission to identify the right buyer and will work around the clock until this is achieved. We will notify you in writing of any offers and once an offer has been accepted we set out the conditions clearly, including a time frame, and start the legal process. We stay right by your side throughout this process, helping to manage all intermediaries involved until completion.

Firstly we arrange a meeting to see your property and understand what you are looking to achieve. How long is the let for, what type of tenant are you looking for? We can then provide you with a valuation and details of our lettings process. We advise on all mandatory regulations and provide you with a lettings strategy.

Once instructed we get to work immediately on photography, a floor plan and an EPC, ensuring the property is live on the market within days. Our agents are now working hard to bring you a tenant and will notify you of any offers received, including details of the tenant, length of term and price.

Once an offer is accepted, we conduct full reference checks, start the paperwork and collect the deposit.

Our fees are as clear and transparent as possible, please call us to discuss.  A one-off fee, payable on completion, with no hidden costs and no extras.  This fee includes all marketing materials, professional photography, floor plans and EPC.  Not a penny upfront.
